• Communications — messages you send us via forms, chat, or email.

• verify your eligibility to access deal-specific information;
• create and secure your investor account and restore access across devices;
• communicate with you about opportunities, your enquiries, and your account;
• operate, maintain, secure and improve the Platform; and
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data on the bases of: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform and communicating with qualifying investors; the performance of a contract with you; and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: our affiliate 18 Main where relevant to an opportunity; service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements (including hosting and database, email delivery, and analytics providers); professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to operate and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, regulatory, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Investor eligibility records may be retained for the period required to evidence compliance with financial-promotion rules.

The Platform is intended only for eligible investors and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
