Tom Intrator

Founder & Managing Partner, 18 Main and R&P

Tom Intrator is the Founder and Managing Partner of 18 Main and R&P, bringing deep expertise across real estate syndication, ownership, rehabilitation, financing, and management.

He has executed over $700 million in real estate transactions as principal, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets across major U.S. markets. Tom co-founded Hyde Capital in 2010 along with its sister management company, The Lennox Companies (since rebranded as Wogan Group), overseeing a multifamily portfolio that grew to over 4,000 units. Earlier in his career, he concentrated on distressed acquisitions and distressed debt, shaping the disciplined, long-term investment philosophy that underpins 18 Main today.

Tom oversees the firm's investment strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth initiatives while maintaining an active role across acquisitions, asset management, and operations.

Adi Ben-Ari

Head of Asset Management

Adi Ben Ari leads asset management across the firm's portfolio. He oversees business plan execution, operational performance, budgeting, reporting, and value creation initiatives across existing investments. Adi holds a B.A. in Economics and Management with a specialization in Finance from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics (LSE). He works closely with operating partners, property managers, and internal stakeholders to drive performance and maximize long-term value across the firm's assets.
